Zoo Time!

We went to the zoo this week. It was a little hot and Abbi loves to get dirty. She was the first one in! I think this was her favorite part of the day.
OPPS! Her feet touched the cold water and it had been a while since she went potty, so... why not pee in the creek??? Well, that's exactly what she did. I was going to change her and then I just decided to let her get dirty and then change her. I don't think she liked standing in her pants when they got all wet.

Justin didn't work that day so Abbi and I got to go together, just me and her. It was so fun! I loved spending time with her.

We are so crazy. My friends, Jennifer and Bobbi decided to ride together to the zoo. We fit 4 car seats and three adults in a 3rd row seat Tahoe, with a double stroller. It took us about 40 minutes to get everything and everyone in the the car but we finally made it work! I am so blessed that I have such great friends and that Abbi will have amazing friends to grow up with!

Abbi sportin her new hat and shades. Yeh, this lasted about 2 minutes and they were both off before we even made it to see the first animal. Oh well, lots of sunblock!

Fun at Grandma's

We went up to Prescott for the day on Monday. The weather was wonderful so we ending up hangin outside for a while. Abbi stays very busy. This is her laying in the sun.
Grandma has a big swing that hangs from a tree. They both love it. Abbi had a pudding, can you tell?

This is Tanner hangin out. He was laughing and laughing.

We laid a big quilt out for Tanner and Abbi to sit on. Abbi was helping Tanner read this book. What a good sister-

Daddy Time

Grandma Jan and Aunt Heather came over for dinner the other night. Justin's mom brought these big containers that had a bunch of things from when Justin was little. He found his helmet from when he was little. Abbi put it on and they were bumping heads. Abbi thought it was so fun.
Oh please don't let my sweet little angle be a crazy football player! She does have the size and is tough enough and we wouldn't mind her hitting boys...

Spring Training Game

We took the kids to a spring training game a couple weeks ago. Abbi loved it! Tanner, not so much. Abbi got ice cream and blew bubbles. The weather was perfect! We tried to go out to lunch at Chilies with the kids before the game. We haven't gone out for a sit down meal since Tanner was a couple weeks old. Well, we ended up having to get our food to go. Tanner was screaming and Abbi was climbing all over the booth. What a lovley time. Makes me think of that song, "You're going to miss those days." I'm sure when we look back in a year we will laugh. Guess we won't be going out to dinner or lunch as a family for a LONG time.
As you can tell by Tanner's face, he was very unsure of the grass. He was so tired he just wanted to sleep.

Handsome Boy!

Tanner in his Brancos hat. He looks like a little boy in it!

Ice Cream Shakes! YUM, YUM!

Papa and Abbi had yummy shakes together after dinner!

Tanner's New Bath Seat!

Tanner is sitting up now so he wants to see the world! I put him in this seat in the tub and he was amazed. His sister loves to dump water all over his head. He actually laughs! If he only knew what's in store.

Abbi Flying a Kite

Abbi got to fly a kite with herr Papa the day before he left for Florida. SHe kept sayig, "Mom, that is AMAZING!" I love it when they discover new things. The smallest things excite them!
Papa helped us get it in the air and then she got to fly it all by herself! Thanks Papa!
